Recruitment has opened for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Ayodhya’s Ram Mandir.

The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust is inviting applications for the position, with the selected candidate to be appointed on a three-year contract. The application window will remain open until 4 pm on July 18.

The CEO will oversee the overall administration of the Ram Mandir complex.

In addition to managing temple operations, the role includes responsibility for security arrangements, religious activities, devotee services, VIP hospitality, protection of temple assets, strategic planning, and efforts to enhance the temple’s national and international stature.

Who can apply?

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Must be an Indian citizen
  • Must be Hindu by religion
  • Should know both Hindi and English
  • Experience in handling multiple departments simultaneously

What is the age limit?

  • Candidates must be between 50 and 70 years of age.
  • Who will get preference?
  • Priority will be given to:
  • Former Chief Administrative Officers
  • Candidates who have managed a large temple or Hindu religious institution
  • Retired officers with the required experience

How will candidates be selected?

  • A three-member selection committee will scrutinise applications.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
  • The final selection will be made by the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust.

Who will the CEO report to?

  • The CEO will report directly to the General Secretary of the Trust.
