4. Japan relaxes royal succession rules; Princess Aiko cannot become emperor

5. Maruti Suzuki cars to become more expensive
Maruti Suzuki India said on Tuesday that its cars will become expensive by up to ₹30,000 from August due to continuous rise in input costs. The exact quantum of change will vary from model to model, Maruti Suzuki India said in a regulatory filing. Read more
6. Pakistan cuts petrol price by 35 paise, raises diesel by Rs 5.71
Pakistan has reduced petrol prices by 35 paise to Rs 315.80 per litre, while High-Speed Diesel has become costlier by Rs 5.71, reaching Rs 360.06 per litre from July 21. The government will now revise fuel prices daily instead of weekly. Dealers have opposed the move, warning of protests, while costlier diesel may fuel inflation. Read more
7. Ashwin says Rohit-Virat can’t be dropped, same doesn’t apply to bowlers
