CJP (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke has issued a warning regarding the harassment of students through a post on social media. He said that if the police continue to harass students, the Cockroach Janta Party will soon stage a large peaceful demonstration.
Earlier on Tuesday, party spokesperson Saurav Das had also held a press conference and warned of agitation if the police action did not stop.
The Cockroach Janta Party held a sit-in protest at Jantar Mantar in Delhi. After a 36-day protest, Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan resigned. The party called off the protest ‘in good faith’ after Pradhan’s resignation.

Earlier on Tuesday, the CJP had warned in a press conference that if the police action against the protesters did not stop and the arrested students did not get relief, then it would start the agitation again.
CJP spokespersons Ashutosh Ranka, Saurav Das and senior advocate Kapil Sibal were also present at the press conference held in Delhi in the evening.
Sibal has announced a donation of ₹1 crore to the CJP’s fund. He has also appealed to lawyers across the country to contribute to this fund. He said, “My role is to assist the party with its legal matters.”
CJP said – students are being arrested in many states
Earlier in the day, CJP spokesperson Saurav Das had written on X on Monday that students and protesters were being detained and action was being taken against them in Assam, West Bengal and Bihar.
The party says it had postponed the nationwide agitation on the assurance from the central government that no punitive action would be taken against any protester.
