1. BrahMos Missile Deal signed between India and Indonesia
- On July 26, 2026, Prime Minister Modi announced a major defence deal between India and Indonesia.
- The agreement was reached during talks between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto.
- India will export its BrahMos supersonic missiles to Indonesia.
- Its estimated value is approximately 630 million US dollars.
- Its speed is approximately Mach 2.8 to 3.0.
- It can be launched from all three platforms: land, sea and air.
- The agreement also includes the supply of indigenous Astra missiles.
- The Astra missile is India’s state-of-the-art air-to-air missile.

2. Gujarat launches ‘Cyber Financial Fraud e-Zero FIR’ service
- On July 27, 2026, the Gujarat government launched a new service to tackle cybercrime.

- Through this service, victims of cyber fraud will be able to register complaints online from home.
- They will no longer need to visit a police station to file a complaint.

- This is the 22nd edition of this championship.

6. Mirabai Chanu won gold medal in Commonwealth Games 2026
