- UPPSC PCS 2026 Registration Deadline Extended | Apply Online Uttar Pradesh
The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has extended the registration deadline for the Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services (PCS) Preliminary Exam 2026 to 3 August. This gives candidates who missed the earlier deadline due to technical issues or other reasons a chance to complete their application.
The form was originally due to close on 27 July, with corrections allowed until 3 August. Under the revised schedule, candidates can still apply online at uppsc.up.nic.in.
How to apply
Candidates must submit their personal and academic details along with the application fee:
- General, OBC, EWS: ₹125
- SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen: ₹65
- Persons with Disabilities (PwD): ₹25
The exam has three stages. The Preliminary Exam is scheduled for Sunday, 6 December 2026. Dates for the Main Exam and interview will be announced later.
Candidates should check the eligibility criteria carefully before applying, as forms that don’t meet the requirements will be rejected.
