A day before the monsoon session, the government called an all-party meeting on Sunday. The meeting is being held at 11 AM in the main committee room of the Parliament House Annexe. Leaders of several opposition parties, including Congress, SP, TMC, and DMK, attended the meeting.
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh is chairing the meeting. The government will inform about its agenda in the meeting, while the opposition will raise the issue of NEET and the theft of Ram Mandir offerings.
Before the meeting, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju appealed to all political parties to cooperate in the smooth functioning of Parliament. He said – We appeal to all political parties to cooperate in the smooth functioning of Parliament. Parliament belongs to everyone, no one benefits from uproar.
