The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (ESB) has released a tentative recruitment examination calendar for 19,062 vacancies across various government departments. The recruitment exams are expected to be conducted between September and December 2026.
The calendar includes examinations for posts such as police constable, panchayat secretary, employment assistant, agriculture extension officer, block panchayat officer, sub-engineer and sub-inspector, among others.
TET for 1.5 lakh in-service teachers
Following a Supreme Court order, the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for nearly 150,000 in-service primary and secondary school teachers is scheduled to be held in September-October 2026.
The School Education Department has entrusted the ESB with conducting the eligibility examination. The online application process for teachers is expected to begin shortly.
Revised examination calendar released
The ESB has also issued a revised tentative examination calendar covering recruitment tests scheduled between August and December 2026.
According to the calendar, examinations for more than 18,000 vacancies across multiple government departments will be conducted between September and December.

The ESB clarified that the schedule is tentative, and the final examination dates, programme and other arrangements will be decided based on the number of applicants and administrative requirements.
Candidates advised to monitor official updates
The Board has advised candidates to regularly check its official notifications for the latest information on recruitment advertisements, application procedures and examination dates.
Detailed notifications for the Teacher Eligibility Test and other recruitment examinations are expected to be issued shortly.
